I’m going to take a few moments of time to talk about this new concealed carry, being implemented by some of our stores. Number one - it’s not the guns that are killing people, it’s not the knives or any other type of weapon, if a person wants to he or she can make one. Are they going to penalize so many for the choices of a few? Just asking.

I come from a long line of military and hunting family. We respect weapons and have been taught to use them in the right manner.

I really don’ think any store has thought this through, how are they going to know if someone is carrying???? Are they going to ask them to leave and lose the money that person was going to spend in the store? Are they forgetting that we have a right to carry and protect ourselves and our families? Not sure what the answer is. There are laws to stop these sick people from buying a weapon, we need to enforce them. These new rules are not going to stop criminals from carrying out their sick acts of violence. Our men and women in Blue confront this on a daily basis, God Bless them and keep them all safe.

My heart goes out to the families who have been the victims. No one should ever have to go through what they are going through.

As I said before I don’t know the answer to this growing problem is, everyone should be able to go out and enjoy a social or family event without worrying about being victimized.

Just my opinion and heartfelt wish for everyone to enjoy the freedoms our forefathers fought and died for.

Thanks for letting me ramble!
