I have replaced my windshield twice now because of rocks getting thrown back from vehicle in front of me.

Guess what, 2 new rock chips.  The bad thing about this is it’s been from a vehicle with tires that extend out past the fender wells.

The Idaho Code is 49-949 so we have this on the books, why isn’t it being enforced.  Windshields are expensive.  Maybe Cassia County will help foot the bills for windshield replacement seeing as how they don’t want to enforce this law.

We have the law on the books for a reason, let’s do our jobs.  Getting d—d tired of this coming out of my pocket.

Also if this is a law why are the tire companies installing them.  Someone has to be held accountable.
