Food Pantry

We would like to thank the individuals, DOT Foods Inc. and Mountain View Christian Center Food Panty for their generous donations which allowed the community to deliver food to food insecure students at Cassia Jr./Sr. High School for their spring break.  The canned food, frozen turkeys, bread, and sweets were distributed by the teachers to the students.

The pantry which is located at 315 Mountain View Lane next to Mountain View School in Burley is open Tuesday’s 4 to 6 pm and Thursday’s 9 to 11 am for distribution of food.  The present needs of the pantry are: volunteers to help distribute food to food insecure individuals, pantry truck drivers to pick up rescue food week day mornings and canned fruit, vegetables, and meat to be give away to food insecure individuals.
