The College of Southern Idaho is dedicated to offering valuable resources to the community. In response to recent requests for help using technologies like Zoom and Microsoft Office, the college launched a website that offers simple how-to videos, tips, and other helpful information about getting started with several free technologies. To learn more, visit www.csi.edu/it and click on the Community Resources tile.

Beyond Zoom and Microsoft Office, CSI offers a variety of in-person and virtual training workshops, classes, and conferences that are geared for every age group and skill level. CSI utilizes industry-leading technologies to deliver a resilient digital foundation and some of these same technologies are available for free to anyone with an Internet connection. Whether you are a community member looking for free technical resources, a small business owner needing help with technical training for your team, a working adult who wants to expand your skillset, or a life-long learner, CSI is ready to help you achieve your personal and professional pursuits.

Individuals interested in viewing trainings that are already available should visit workforce.csi.edu. Those interested in discussing custom training opportunities for individuals, businesses, or teams should contact CSI’s Workforce Development and Training office at workforce@csi.edu or 208-732-6310.
